in our scene we are referring multiple models. we don;t want all to show in AR. So in the properties of Room 9 columns we have change the setting, But then AR stopped working.
Hi Prashant, I tried performing the same steps you outlined above and my AR is exporting without the model that was disabled as you expected. Are there any other changes you made around the same time that could have caused this?
Could you enable support on the org in question and give me a link here. I’ll see if I can figure out what’s causing this.
