Greetings,

I sent a request couple of days ago, through “contact us” to migrate the web-app from our Paracosma-AWS to a threekit hosting (for True Innovations). Haven’t heard back yet.

So, we are using a iframe url to embed the threekit player on “costco site”. As a hand off procedure we want to host the app in the threekit hosting and update the rest accordingly.

Hey @darkhorse do you have access to our support portal? If you don’t have an account, you can open a case with our support team at [email protected]

The ‘contact us’ on the website will probably have routed you to marketing.
